Wow. And to think, in 1995 you could barely get a printer to give you a picture like the one shown in the article over a letter-sized page, and yet this one is no wider than a human hair!
But what’s this bit about “hope to commercialize the microimages as nanoscale watermarks, or for cryptography.” Something tells me that secret decoder rings won’t cut it with secret messages anymore… OR they just got a bit more complex. dun dun dun!
